As a Finance Associate at W3, I’m gaining hands-on experience in the financial industry while supporting our team in serving clients and assisting with day-to-day operations. I’m passionate about helping others and have always been drawn to the importance of making smart financial decisions—so combining these interests makes this role a perfect fit for my future goals.
I’m currently an online college student pursuing my degree while working full-time for Tallmadge Schools and coaching middle school basketball. Balancing these commitments has taught me the value of discipline, communication, and hard work—all skills I bring to my role at W3 as I continue learning and growing in the finance profession.
