Administrative Staff Coordinator


As the Administrative Staff Coordinator, Mary Beth monitors the administrative staff’s workflow to make sure clients are served in a timely and efficient manner. She also handles billing and accounts receivable, manages e-filing for business tax returns, and oversees mailings and payrolls. She leads new employee orientation and training and performs other administrative tasks.

Mary Beth has an Associate degree in Secretarial Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Business Education with certifications in Shorthand, IOE and COE. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, nature hikes and dog walks. She is a regular participant in the Metro Parks Hiking Spree.
