Michael Fresh

As one of W3’s in-house IT technicians, network engineers, and technology solutions providers, Michael ensures that clients’ and W3s’ networks and technology remain efficient and productive. As a certified A+ computer technician, Michael repairs, maintains, and assembles computers, devices, and computer networks. He also troubleshoots and assists with technology issues on a variety of devices and in a variety of ways, onsite or remotely, using the internet to connect. He enjoys the challenge of getting things to work properly and the feeling of satisfaction when he is able to help someone get back online or resolve their issues.

Michael attended the University of Akron and New Horizons Computer Learning Center. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing guitar, bass, harmonica, and even a little accordion. He also enjoys hiking the Metro Parks with his wife and family. He is a member of Saint Hilary Knights of Columbus, Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Northeast Ohio, and Saint Hilary Contemporary Choir. He is also a fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals, the Cleveland Indians, and the Cleveland Browns.
