Michael manages the firm’s best client practices and processes. He holds Series 6, Life, Health, and Accident licenses. His most important role is to create the five-star client service that W3 prides itself on and monitor each client experience to ensure everyone has received the best service. If he discovers better processes and procedures that can enhance a client’s experience, he works to implement them with the help of the W3 team. When all clients have received outstanding financial “concierge” service, then Michael feels his efforts have made an impact on our client relationships.
In addition to the above mentioned, he manages many of the daily operational functions for W3. As W3 continues to grow as a firm, he is actively involved in managing relationships between W3’s different locations. He also oversees the financial activities for those locations.
