While working hard to exceed client expectations is required, we strive to achieve a healthy balance between work and play. We know that tax season is demanding, so we offer comp time arrangements, to let staff enjoy the extra time off during the summers. Compensation packages are competitive, and include medical insurance, paid holidays, personal time off, as well as cafeteria and retirement plans. Occasionally, working remotely (from home!) can be an option.
While in the office, we provide an environment to make work feel less like, well, work. Typically, the dress code is business casual. It’s much more comfortable than a suit and tie.
