Steve Catalano Honored with Paul Janos Community Impact Award

W3 Financial Group is proud to celebrate Managing Partner, Stephen Catalano, who has been named the recipient of the 2026 Paul Janos Community Impact Award by the Copley Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes individuals whose dedication to serving others has made a lasting difference within the Copley community.
For those who know Steve, this recognition comes as no surprise.
Whether he’s mentoring others, supporting local organizations, volunteering his time, or helping strengthen the community he calls home, Steve has always believed that leadership is about serving people first. That same philosophy shapes his work with clients and the culture he has helped build at W3 Financial Group.
The Award
The Copley Community Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to again presenting one worthy resident with the Paul Janos Community Impact Award during Copley Heritage Days in 2025! This award was created in 2022 in honor of Paul Janos, President of the Copley Chamber’s Board of Trustees from 2016 through 2020, who lost his battle with cancer in 2020.
About Paul
Paul’s passions for community, service, and lifting up the underdog were evident to all who knew him, and his impact on the Chamber itself was immeasurable. Every community is supported by people like Paul, people with the natural inclination to infuse all they do with an intent to improve the lives of others, and Copley is no exception. The Chamber would like to recognize those people in appreciation for the impact of their service and in honor of Paul’s.
