At W3 Financial Group, I support our wealth management teams in the Akron and Westlake offices by coordinating advisor-client meetings and managing client communications. Whether by phone or email, I help ensure every interaction is timely, organized, and personal. Greeting clients as they arrive for their meetings allows me to build meaningful connections and better understand how we can serve them best.
Over the years, I’ve also taken on the responsibility of maintaining licensing across the many states our advisors represent, as well as with the various companies we work with. I assist in tracking continuing education credits to ensure our advisors remain compliant and up to date.
Behind the scenes, I help maintain our internal database, organize newsletter groups, and provide quick access to essential information—earning a bit of a reputation as the “go-to gal” for lists and details. I take pride in keeping things running smoothly so our team can stay focused on delivering exceptional service.
