About Steve

As a Managing Partner and Financial Advisor at W3, my top priority is helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized guidance and strategic planning. I take pride in building meaningful relationships and delivering solutions that support long-term success. In addition to serving clients, I work closely with W3’s leadership team to continuously enhance the client experience that defines our firm’s high standard of service.

I graduated from Miami University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in International Business. As an Evans Scholar, I developed a strong foundation in academic excellence and leadership—principles that continue to shape my approach today. I hold Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, along with the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification.

In 2011, I was honored to be recognized as a “Thirty for the Future” Award recipient for both my professional accomplishments and community involvement.

I remain actively engaged in giving back through various organizations. I serve as a Director for the Western Golf Association’s Evans Scholars Foundation, supporting scholarship opportunities for promising students. My past involvement includes the Fairlawn Area Chamber of Commerce, volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, and serving as a Financial Peace Education Coordinator at Grace Church. I also support the Copley-Fairlawn Schools Foundation through the Catalano Memorial Scholarship.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, volunteering in my church community, and playing golf whenever I get the chance.

Hobbies and Personal Interests

When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family and volunteering at our church. When I have alone time, you can find me on the golf course.
