The main responsibilities of my role at W3 as Partner & Chief Operations Officer is to make sure we have an operations team that can collaborate and work together to create a great client experience. My favorite part of the job is our culture at W3. From the initial interview, our hiring process centers around if the person is able to work well with our clients and team. The relationships we build and clients we serve allow us to be a family first company.
