As an employee at W3 Financial Group, some of my duties here are as follows: process payroll for clients. Report monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll taxes. Report CAT taxes quarterly and annually. Maintain general ledger, bank reconciliations, loan schedules, and assets. Pay bills and make and record deposits for clients. Make tax payments for clients as needed (BWC, ODJFS, Ohio Business Gateway, etc.). Prepare and review compiled monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on an applicable basis (GAAP, income tax basis, etc.). Manage and assist other team members in performing these functions.
I understand running a business can be very difficult and trying to manage every area within the company is not feasible. So, I enjoy coming alongside the client to help them with the back-office work. I have a heart to want to help people because it’s hard to find genuine help. This is why I enjoy the work I do because I can do so as the client continues to grow their company.
In my free time, I enjoy visiting new restaurants and playing/watching Basketball, Volleyball, and Kickball.
