As a Senior Manager at W3 Financial Group, I take a comprehensive approach to tax and financial strategy, ensuring that businesses, trusts, estates, and individuals successfully navigate their financial obligations. My role spans several key areas:

Tax Preparation & Planning – I oversee the timely completion and filing of tax returns while continuously advising clients on strategies to optimize their tax situations and minimize liabilities.
Business Valuation – I provide in-depth business valuation services to help clients understand and maximize the value of their companies.
Mergers & Acquisitions – I assist clients in buying and selling businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and strategic decision-making.

I enjoy continuously learning. I started my education by getting a B.A. from West Virginia University. I have also received my CPA license, my Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) certification, an MBA from The Ohio State University as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Outside of a love for learning I enjoy playing tennis and golf.
