About Frank

As Managing Partner at W3 Global Accounting, Frank provides accounting, tax, finance, estate planning, and business advisory services to numerous closely held businesses in a variety of industries. He also provides tax services for clients, including income tax planning and estate planning.

Frank graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. After graduating, he went on active duty in the U.S. Army for seven years. He started and ran a non-appropriated fund accounting office for the United States Army in Europe. Upon his return, Frank and his longtime friend, Ron Winer, started Winer + Bevilacqua (now W3 Global Accounting). In 2001, Frank also founded W3 Wealth Management, LLC, a financial services and investment company which is run by his son, Frank Bevilacqua II, and Shelby Morgan.

Frank is a Certified Structured Settlement Specialist (CSSS) and was the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy 2008 Outstanding Accounting Professional. He also presents on a variety of topics, such as estate and succession planning, to organizations in multiple industries.

He currently serves on the board of directors for the Akron Zoo, has served as chairman of the board for Portage Country Club, is chairman of and serves on The University of Akron Foundation Gift and Estate Planning Committee, and previously served on the School of Accountancy Advisory Board of The University of Akron. In 2012, Frank accepted a new role with Akron Children’s Hospital Foundation. And, in 2014, Frank was named one of the 2014 Dr. Frank L. Simonetti Distinguished Alumni Award recipients at The University of Akron. He has also been actively involved with the American Heart Association and the St. Hilary parish and serves on the Rooted in Faith — Forward in Hope Oversight Committee on behalf of the Catholic Community Foundation for Catholic Charities.

Frank and his wife, Marie, have been married for over 45 years and still enjoy going out on dates. The couple has three children who are married and successful in their own right. Frank and Marie have four granddaughters whom Frank admits he enjoys spoiling. Frank’s getaway passion is golf.
