Doug Terry

I do several things within the firm. First, I ensure the timely completion and filing of clients’ annual tax returns. These clients consist of businesses, trusts, estates, and individuals. Second, I consult with clients on a continuous basis on how to optimize their tax situations and minimize their tax liabilities. Third, I perform business valuations for clients. Finally, I frequently assist clients with the purchase and sales of businesses. I enjoy being involved in clients’ economics and helping them generate and preserve wealth and maximize their after-tax income.

I enjoy continuously learning. I started my education by getting a B.A. from West Virginia University. I have also received my CPA license, my Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) certification, an MBA from The Ohio State University as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Outside of a love for learning I enjoy playing tennis and golf.
