Email/LinkedinSharon is responsible for preparing federal, state, and city Trusts and Estate and personal tax returns. In this role, she coordinates with clients’ attorneys, trustees, and executors of deceased taxpayers. When someone has a loved one pass away, Sharon walks them through the process of managing the decedent’s assets, filing tax returns, and making distributions to beneficiaries. She streamlined the firm’s procedures for the Federal Extension process, helping several of our clients save money through detailed analysis and filing.
Sharon has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Akron and has completed the Toastmasters International High-Performance Leadership Project, earning the highest award of Distinguished Toastmaster. She is the past chairman of the City of Fairlawn Real Property Maintenance Board, a Parent Mentor for Akron Children’s Hospital, treasurer and a 30-year member of Bridgestone/Firestone Toastmasters Club, and a member of the National Spina Bifida Organization.
